Everyone is always friendly. The weekly add push can be annoying, but I know they’re required to hunt me down and offer it. At this point, everyone who shops at HWF knows there’s an ad, but I’m in regularly for dog food and treats. Those don’t vary. If they’re on sale, great, but if they aren’t, it doesn’t change what I need to buy. And I don’t typically buy more because I’ve had an ad pushed at me. I am partially handicapped and I had a very good experience. Pet Wash had beautiful results and the employee was a gracious hostess and I even returned and had the same experience. I Loved the Store

Very nice shopping experience with my oldest son from Nashville we stopped in for the Fur babies some treats and was greeted and ask if we needed help several times very friendly staff !!!!
