The young gentleman with curly hair helps me each time. I had stopped going to the Bartlett HF the staff would just stand around or be non existent and not help or rude until I met this gentleman. I wished I remembered his name
Becky was very attentive from the time I walked in the door. She helped me pick out puppy food and suggested treats that he loves. Will definitely return.
I’m always greeted by a friendly, smiling associate. Very welcoming. They are even happier if you bring your pet! The stores are always clean and well-organized. Great to watch the company grow over the last 30 years. We made a trip to the first Nashville Hollywood Feed Store, to greet them with a congratulations and a big welcome to Nashville. Exceptional service from this company & location! We love this Bartlett location & use the pet wash often, everyone is so friendly & helpful always!
