Great customer service! In-store shopping is convenient for my location, but I also enjoy the delivery option when I need something last minute.

Everyone that works there is friendly however, you don’t have to ask someone as soon as they open the door if they can help you find something. Makes you want to leave. A nice welcome would be great without the pressure.

The clerk who checked me out was extremely discourteous and pushy. Not only did she cause me an extensive wait because she had to talk to her manager about something I didn't say sorry to me for it on her own, but she kept saying you have to do this you have to do that and when I said that's a rude way of saying things she kept pushing her agenda on me. Been there multiple times after it changed from Pet People to Hollywood Feed. After 4 visits with consistent poor experiences I have found a new place to shop. FYI-I had at least 8 neighbors agree with my observations
