Always excellent customer service. They have been really helpful and attentive every single time I have been in there. I adopted a rescue with an abuse history and separation anxiety issues and they were really good in helping me select everything from the best dish and food storage to toys to soothe and occupy him when I have to be gone. They even make suggestions that help save me money on rawhide chews for him instead of trying to make a buck off of me. This is one of the best places to go, always greeting you when you open the door asking if you need assistance. They make sure youre finding what you need or want and make sure all your questions are answered (if you have any). Awesome people
