You’ve got a couple of employees that are not friendly at all. I visit the store every week and the last 2 times they were working. I’m just going to visit the store when I see they are not there.

Horrible over all experience. Won’t ever shop at the store, or any location this company owns ever, again. Employees were incompetent, disinterested in helping with the shopping experience, and they signed me up for their rewards program without even asking if they could sign me up, or if I even wanted to be signed up. I was in this store with my sister picking out a few things for her dog and it was such a frustrating shopping trip I have no desire to even try to walking into any other locations of this company ever again. ... read more

I was in your store this morning. While I was shopping, I overheard one of your staff (a young man) explain to a couple with a puppy how grain free food was preferable to feed and that the relationship to cardiac disease had been “debunked” - his exact word. He also explained that veterinarians would disagree with that but that they wanted pets to have allergies to continue to make money. This is absolutely ridiculous, inaccurate, and offensive to all those veterinarians who worked hard for their degrees and work to keep ... read more

My puppy came home with kennel cough. If I have to take him to vet. I will be calling back for you all to pay the bill. He has been gagging and coughing the day after his appointment.

I was loyal customer until 8/27, I was verbally assured & insulted by a clerk in the store who I,d never seen or met. Ive utilized your store for my 5 animals since it opened & had never had a issue with anyone there prior to that day, or since. I spent a good amount of $ monthly, im sure your competitors won't mind taking it. The employee ive found is Brittany, mt ticket time was 5:44 @ the NLR #19.
