I was in your store this morning. While I was shopping, I overheard one of your staff (a young man) explain to a couple with a puppy how grain free food was preferable to feed and that the relationship to cardiac disease had been “debunked” - his exact word. He also explained that veterinarians would disagree with that but that they wanted pets to have allergies to continue to make money. This is absolutely ridiculous, inaccurate, and offensive to all those veterinarians who worked hard for their degrees and work to keep ... read more

I was in your store this morning. My puppy came home with kennel cough. If I have to take him to vet. I will be calling back for you all to pay the bill. He has been gagging and coughing the day after his appointment.

I was loyal customer until 8/27, I was verbally assured & insulted by a clerk in the store who I,d never seen or met. Ive utilized your store for my 5 animals since it opened & had never had a issue with anyone there prior to that day, or since. I spent a good amount of $ monthly, im sure your competitors won't mind taking it. The employee ive found is Brittany, mt ticket time was 5:44 @ the NLR #19.

Online curbside service wasn’t exactly curbside. Called, no answer, went inside, was greeted and asked if they could help me. I said yes I had a curbside online order and said my name. Took them a minute to find it, once found was given my package and waited on them to ring it up (it was already paid for) and then told to have a nice day. No mention of cutbside.
