The employees really care that you find the perfect product for your pet. I spent about an hour with one associate trying on harnesses for my dog. She was super patient and clearly loves the animals that come into the store. Also the amount of products they carry is amazing. Great store!

Appreciate the online order/pick-up option. Pricing is fair and consistent with market. My new source for the kibble portion of my dog’s diet. They also have lots of other options I’ll consider adding.
