Appreciate the online order/pick-up option. Pricing is fair and consistent with market. My new source for the kibble portion of my dog’s diet. They also have lots of other options I’ll consider adding.
Business response:
Joanna, thank you for this glowing review! Our team works hard each day to ensure that we are providing the best products at the best prices. We go through about 40-50 hours of classroom-style training each year to stay up to date on product knowledge, pet health, and nutrition. All of this helps us to make the best recommendations to spoil your fur-babies! We really appreciate your feedback on the ordering options also! Hope to see you again very soon.

The employees really care that you find the perfect product for your pet. I spent about an hour with one associate trying on harnesses for my dog. She was super patient and clearly loves the animals that come into the store. Also the amount of products they carry is amazing. Great store!
