Very good customer service with the exception of one time. The staff are knowledgeable and the store would have a nice product selection though shelves have not been fully stocked on my last several visits and the items I went there for were unavailable

The staff is attentive and caring.
Love the variety of food options for my cats. Having frozen raw food locally available like Steve’s is great.
