I've been a customer at Pet People for a long time, I truly miss some of the old employees. With Hollywood Feed please do not have your employees try to up sell items to your customers unless they ask you for help. It has happened 2x in the last month while I have been shopping for a puppy. I miss Lou who was the best person working at your Cedar Center store, very informative with products but is not a pest. She is a very personable person.
