I would give a much higher rating but I order from here all of the time and the moment I needed help correcting a mistake that they made and I just didn’t catch right away due to the new non see through bags, it took me dealing with corporate to get it fixed. In the end they fixed it and I’m appreciative but it wouldn’t have been done if they weren’t forced.

I'm in my local University Heights PetPeople/Hollywood Feed store on a weekly basis and they are my village for puppy raising! They're so helpful, welcoming, and kind. They always treat my puppy to snuggles, belly rubs, and samples. She absolutely loves to visit and the DIY bath is such a wonderful resource. I can't say enough good things.
