I like to treat my dog holistically and they had everything I needed. In addition, the customer service was great!! They had a big shipment come in and the employees were stocking the shelve; however, even tho they were working hard each one of them took the time to make sure I was good! Love it!

I am so pleased with care with ordering Open Farm frozen turkey. At both the cedar store and Chagrin those helping have been most understanding with my frustration at the inability ro receive the Turkey meals. My dog can only eat Turkey. This last visit especially satisfying. My surprise at 2 boxes in the freezer! Kindness and understanding is most appreciated.

Fantastic holistic pet food store. Only place I shop at for my pets needs. Staff very knowledgeable regarding food and nutrition. Matt, Annalise, Carter are always pleasant and ready to help with the dog wash, pet products, harness fittings,and food questions. Your competitors have nothing on your customer service and knowledge. Thank you so very much!!
