Not ever welcoming when I come in. I always come here due to convenience. I’m asked if I need help because it’s the right thing to do. But I notice some people get asked if they want them to take their bag out or even show interest in helping or educating about a product,more like racially profiled. I buy $100 bag monthly and I noticed how the manager speaks to white vs black people and how they offer to carry the bag out. I come to this Olive Branch store all the time. I spoke to a blonde headed girl that helps me all the time. See looked at me as if I was from Mars!!! Not happy at all. Hurt feelings I cannot believe this is the way you treat your loyal customers. Sincerely Kathryn J Keller

Normally the clerks are very friendly and helpful. On My last visit the clerk acted as if I was in the way and was borderline rude.

Lady at front desk was unpleasant she made a mistake and refunded me $30 to much i went back to tell she corrected and never said anything like thank for being honest. Poor service
