I have been getting fresh and natural cat litter for years, always in green bag (it is even shown on web site) this time I asked for unscented as always and told him green bag, when got home, green bags, have some let from last time so am sure) but these say fragrence, so now I have to return these 3 bags, one of my cats is 14 and has lymphoma so do not want to upset especially, SO NOW i HAVE TO BRING BACK 3 BAGS AND HAVE THEM LUGGED INTO STORE, AND THEN WHAT, not happy

I was just at Hollywood Feed in Olive Branch, Ms. I was next in line and a male cashier open another register and totally ignored me and waited on another customer who was not in line but on the side of the line where everyone else were. I don’t have to spend my money where I ignored regardless of my color I happy to go to Petco than to come back here where I’ve been buying my dog food for 4 years.

I have always been extremely happy with my service there. But yesterday was an exception. Salesperson had told me that the tick and flea collars were the same except the large was longer. When I opened it I found that the large is also larger in diameter. When I went to exchange, I was told it couldn’t be returned because it had been opened. This was $60+ that I feel was wasted. I don’t want to put that fat collar on my Shitzu.

Not ever welcoming when I come in. I always come here due to convenience. I’m asked if I need help because it’s the right thing to do. But I notice some people get asked if they want them to take their bag out or even show interest in helping or educating about a product,more like racially profiled. I buy $100 bag monthly and I noticed how the manager speaks to white vs black people and how they offer to carry the bag out.
