I think the most important reason for my review is having great customer focused associates, like Taylor, who seem to be very kind and sweet, and works at the Germantown location. We were looking for some new dog food, he was the first to mention the Koha shreds; and man does my dog love it!! . It was out on the shelf. Taylor offered help the moment we walked in and even insisted to let him carry it. He mentioned Hollywood Feed is the Fresh-market of the dog world and man was he right!
