I think the most important reason for my review is having great customer focused associates, like Taylor, who seem to be very kind and sweet, and works at the Germantown location. We were looking for some new dog food, he was the first to mention the Koha shreds; and man does my dog love it!! . It was out on the shelf. Taylor offered help the moment we walked in and even insisted to let him carry it. He mentioned Hollywood Feed is the Fresh-market of the dog world and man was he right! Great Hollywood Feed store, I love coming here, and the associates are great. I had a wonderful experience! It’s very clean, organized, and I love how they have a little treat bowl in the front when you enter! Small but spacious. The associate who helped me, made my day! Full of energy, and knew where exactly I needed to spend my money! The products he mentioned were exactly what I needed, and it’s great they come on loyalty program. Overall I highly recommend shopping here, above and beyond sir! ABOVE & BEYOND!

Great location. Giving praise to the man that helped me earlier today. Just had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago, couldn’t lift a bag and the man pounced at the opportunity to help me. Good job son. Thanks for the prayers, my wife was thrilled to hear this. I look forward to seeing you and your Saint Bernard next time I come in.
