i have never had a problem with staff infact when product that i use are not in stock they do there best to sub. for me. example to this is 10 for 10 pig ears the bulk bin many times have been out but they do a good job getting me what i need.. so your supply chain inventory needs a little work .. other then that nice store clean and team there is very fun to work with
