I love the employees here! They are phenomenal, but since Hollywood feed took over you have severely limited the cat section which is disappointing

Among pet owners, 63.4% own a dog and 42.7% own a cat. Therefore, due to market demand, we do offer more retail space for dog products than cat products. I dislike the change in the rewards program.
The staff here is amazing! I’ve been going to this store since it opened, and shop here primarily because of the staff and how knowledgeable and genuinely engaged and helpful they are. They went above and beyond finding food for my sick dog, and were a big part of her living as long as she did.
