Customer service is always great! It’s a pleasure to talk pets with clerks who are passionate about animals. You also carry treats and other items you can’t get at any other local pet shop which I love. P.S. I go to the store on Beechmont Avenue - not the one listed here. Don’t know why the location is wrong.
