You have earned our business for sure. We have gone to Pet supplies plus in beechmont since May and they NEVER have our food in stock. I have 4 shepherds so I need the 30lb bag weekly and they always give me excuses why they didn’t get any in on the truck. How many times have I heard excuses…. Anyway my neighbor suggested this place and we stopped in and was so very happy to see that the food is one they carry daily there won’t be anymore excuses why I can’t get my dogs food. Everyone is so kind and helpful at the store. I needed help picking out a new food brand for my dog. I told the associate what I was interested and she went over every possible option with me and helped me pick the right one. When I picked one she was able to also give me a small free sample of that food so I could make sure my dog likes it before buying a big bag. I really appreciated that. I recommend PetPeople to everyone! They have an amazing selection and the customer service is the best.

I love going to this location! Everyone is always so kind and loves on my pup. The washing station is very clean, the only thing I might add is having ear cleaning and brush options.
