Great staff. As a new fur parent, I had a ton of questions. Patiently answered all of my questions.
One particular sales person inserted herself into a query I had regarding a product that would help deter my dog from ripping out fur. She recommended a product she used on her own dog… I bought it and it worked !

i had very excellent customer service during my visit. i don't live in that area but the salesperson told me about a location near me. i will now go there. in a day and time of poor customer service this salesperson (I can't remember her name) was AMAZING. Kudos.

We took our Puppy to PetPeople for the first time and I have to say, it was a great experience. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had a lot of questions regarding jackets and booties, and they took their time and helped us find the right products. The store was so clean and organized. It didn't feel like a traditional pet store, it felt upscale but didn't have the high-prices. It was nice to walk around with our puppy and find her the things she needed .
