Love this store. Employees super sweet and helpful. I have 6 pets so I order food through their delivery service. Orders are always right and delivered super fast. Love dropping in the store and find a great variety of products.

Selection is fantastic however employees are often pushy… I have no doubt either management or corporate is requiring their employees to act this way and it’s a common customer service model however I don’t know when businesses will learn that customers don’t enjoy being asked if they are finding everything alright 15 times in a 5 minute shopping trip. Everyone at our PetPeople/Hollywood Feed location on Leesville and Strickland has been so kind, empathetic and supportive as we had to say goodbye to three of our dogs this year. It is heartbreaking. I needed help finding an appropriate dog food since my pet has developed diabetes. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me. I have always found them to be above standard in the knowledge of their products as well as always willing to take the extra time to help me in picking out items for my dogs.
