Not the same feel since you switched to pet people. The welcoming is gone, small original items aren’t there. It’s now like a big box store.

The employees are ALWAYS super helpful. They helped fit 2 of my dogs for harnesses and they always offer great suggestions for food and for any other questions I have. I’m heading back over there today to get more food.
