I had difficulty with a product and the representative was very helpful. I appreciate the team as they are always willing to assist. The store is always very clean.

I was nicely greeded when i came into the store. I was helped personaly with my questions about my purchases. My puppy Ginger Mae came with me to have a bath. I was politely shown how to use the dog spa area with everything you needed to bathe your dog and she loved it! I was asked did I needed anything else. The place was clean and I will go back for purchases and the dog spa. Thank you to everyone that helped an older customer like me.

I have always received EXCEPTIONAL service here. When I come in without my dogs all the staff always inquire about them, and when they are there they get spoiled with treats. Thanks to the kind associate (Space I believe is the name) inquiring after my cats and offering a sample, I found food that they eat like I’m giving them treats! Guy, the manager I think, is always very informative and offered to assist me out to the car with a big bag of food at my last visit knowing my dog wasn’t feeling well.
