Being created with an enthusiastic smile and a warm, “How may We help you?” Is always a nice way to be welcomed. My sales associate also knew exactly where the items were I needed and walked me to them.

Greeted by staff when we entered, help offered, had the products we were looking for, staff pointed out that we could donate a can of food to local animal shelter, but we’re not pushy about it, pointed out that two of the items we were buying at a buy two get one free offer, overall a good experience with good products.

Love this store. Employees super sweet and helpful. I have 6 pets so I order food through their delivery service. Orders are always right and delivered super fast. Love dropping in the store and find a great variety of products.

Selection is fantastic however employees are often pushy… I have no doubt either management or corporate is requiring their employees to act this way and it’s a common customer service model however I don’t know when businesses will learn that customers don’t enjoy being asked if they are finding everything alright 15 times in a 5 minute shopping trip.
