Always friendly. Greets you when you walk in the door. Great to you my dog. Asks if they can give her treats and if she has any allergies. Overall always a great experience😊!

I love the in-store customer service, but the website for same-day ordering is a little clunky. I'm a loyal customer!
the manager for both the evanston and deerfield store ben backwards to help me with the order. The website stated the evanston store had something in stock but it did not. They had the deerfield store bring it to their store and then delivered the item to my house. That was true customer service. Thank you
