The person was knowledgeable about the store products that I purchased. She was very professional and showed interest in my questions. I had originally plan̈ed to purchase the real grass and she explained that store has stopped selling it. I've been shopping at the Evanston store for more than 2 years and I've been very happy with the service.at this store will this store begin to sell real grass again? I would like to know iif you will have this product later on in the year.

Kurt and Dayn are absolutely wonderful and clearly truly care about animals and their wellbeing. We brought our very nervous foster dog in to shop for chews which we found helps him a lot with his anxiety and energy levels. Kurt helped guide us through which chews to buy, suggesting No Hides as an alternative to bully sticks that'd be gentle on his teeth, as well as collagen chews.
