Kurt and Dayn are absolutely wonderful and clearly truly care about animals and their wellbeing. We brought our very nervous foster dog in to shop for chews which we found helps him a lot with his anxiety and energy levels. Kurt helped guide us through which chews to buy, suggesting No Hides as an alternative to bully sticks that'd be gentle on his teeth, as well as collagen chews. Dayna and her team are amazing! Not sure who likes seeing them more... me or my dog! I think we are bias though because they always make great suggestions.

I love the in-store customer service, but the website for same-day ordering is a little clunky. I'm a loyal customer!
the manager for both the evanston and deerfield store ben backwards to help me with the order. The website stated the evanston store had something in stock but it did not. They had the deerfield store bring it to their store and then delivered the item to my house. That was true customer service. Thank you
