Dayna and her team are amazing! Not sure who likes seeing them more... me or my dog! I think we are bias though because they always make great suggestions.

I love the in-store customer service, but the website for same-day ordering is a little clunky. I'm a loyal customer!
the manager for both the evanston and deerfield store ben backwards to help me with the order. The website stated the evanston store had something in stock but it did not. They had the deerfield store bring it to their store and then delivered the item to my house. That was true customer service. Thank you
