I had great customer service. I called from CIncinnati,Ohio to have a delivery to my son in CHicago for his dog and cats. Since I am not very computer literate the sales women took all the information over the phone and the food was delivered the day I called!!!!

Want very much to support local. PLEASE straighten out your rewards program. It was screwed up as Pet People, and last week found out the transition to Hollywood was not smooth.
