When I adopted my dog a few years ago, she was terribly frightened of everything and everyone. Even getting her to walk comfortably and safely on a leash was a struggle, so when it came to getting her groomed, I was at a loss. Salisa and Shelby are excellent groomers and made my nervous rescue dogs first experience with them amazing! He’s very anxious but they dealt with him so well. I did not get the name of the gentleman at the front counter but he was amazing as well. He made my dog very comfortable and was happy to help calm his nerves with time and treats. The buy online, pick-up in store option works great for me. I like receiving updates via text and the process to pick up my order is always quick and easy. Staff are always welcoming.
