We chose Hollywood Hills because there is no comparison to others based on what they offer, they really stood out to me. We have had some issues with communication, there have been times where the residents are quarantined and they are not telling them when they can get out. Now that they have all had their vaccines it has been fine, however they have not been able to say when families are able to come visit inside. The dining hall is now back open which has been huge for our loved one. They still social distance the residents but they can now mingle with each other and play games. Our loved one really enjoys walking around the gym, it is smaller but it is good for his mental and physical state. The staff members are great and have really good communication.
