My experience with staff members has been absolutely positive. The way they make my dad feel at home is beyond comforting to my sister and me. It's a blessing that he is in such gentle hands.
We were introduced to Hollywood Hills by a professional consultant. We toured other facilities as well but were most interested in the professional and friendliness of the staff was well as the cleanliness of the facility. A clean first impression... and still great!!!
The staff at Hollywood Hills are friendly and competent. The housekeeping is good. Communication with the family is adequate. The move in process went well, overall. The food is mediocre, according to my mom (probably my biggest complaint). My mom has a heating/cooling issue that has yet to be rectified. My loved one was previously a resident at Hollywood Hills and overall the experience was okay. The facility was well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. We really liked and appreciated all of those things! As with most experiences with Senior Care in general, there were a couple of disappointments for us also. The activities that we were promised never seemed to materialize and there didn't seem to be much for our loved one to do. I like that most people are friendly. The head administrator is a caring person. She listens to some issues to help solve them. What needs improvement. Would like more activities.
The community is beautifully decorated for the season. Lovely staff and residents at the community. Enjoyed the happy hour.
from the initial tour to 2 years of residency, our experience has been stellar. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We're treated like family there here. Highly recommend
Aesthetically it's very welcoming and the people are lovely at my brothers. Very happy there.I would say that my brother is happy there. He said the food is very good. The people are lovely to him and they treat the patient's very well.
I'd like to express my review of this place when I visited them in search of placement for my father. I'm impressed by the external and internal look of the place as I came into the facility.
