I like that most people are friendly. The head administrator is a caring person. She listens to some issues to help solve them. What needs improvement. Would like more activities.
The community is beautifully decorated for the season. Lovely staff and residents at the community. Enjoyed the happy hour.

from the initial tour to 2 years of residency, our experience has been stellar. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We're treated like family there here. Highly recommend

Aesthetically it's very welcoming and the people are lovely at my brothers. Very happy there.I would say that my brother is happy there. He said the food is very good. The people are lovely to him and they treat the patient's very well.

I'd like to express my review of this place when I visited them in search of placement for my father. I'm impressed by the external and internal look of the place as I came into the facility. I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I toured the place and found them very clean and orderly. I witness residents participating in various activities and were very engaged. My grandmother's life has been altered by Hollywood Hills Pacifica. Grandma said she felt at home. The staff is really kind, and it is clear that they genuinely care for each and every person. The complex is always spotless. I really appreciate how the staff engages the residents, whether it is through card games or just conversation. The community interior is beautifully decorated. I would love to have my grandmother at this community. It is walking distance to multiple shops and cafes. The community is constantly clean and the staff are very friendly.
Hollywood Hills is a beautiful community!! The residents are happy and food looks amazing!! The community is spotless and the pictures don’t lie! I recommend Hollywood Hills Pacifica. This Live in place community caters to everyone. Lots of entertainment based residents and LGBTQ+
