It's a beautiful building with a pleasant outdoor space. The staff is caring and competent. I especially appreciated the food service staff. Those young people were exceptionally involved, funny, and solicitous of my parent. More events to encourage community for all members. Community members seemed clicque-ish. My parent was too isolated there. It wasn't a good fit, although we toured multiple times. Management has room for improvement. It was a really poor choice for us. It's a wonderful place. The people are very well taken care of the staff are very happy and knowledgeable. The food is great. My brother is extremely happy there. He never wants to leave.

My mother moved into an independent living apartment at HHP four months ago. It was an arduous task finding the best place for my mother, who is a very independent person and formerly in the medical field. After touring several facilities, we found our way to HHP. I love the Hollywood Hills Pacifica's facility, staff, management and care. They have good food for the residents, too! The management is very caring and thrives on listening and responding to their residents' concerns. They are NOT profit driven, which is a HUGE plus on the monthly room rate and service charges to families. The facility and staff are wonderful!! Highly recommend. My mother is no longer there for other reasons ( too far away from family and friends, wasn't ready for assisted living).

While working with [name removed] from A Place for Mom I toured seven or eight assisted living communities in the greater LA area and narrowed the choices for my 97 year-old mother to visit down to 2.
