I'd like to express my review of this place when I visited them in search of placement for my father. I'm impressed by the external and internal look of the place as I came into the facility. I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I toured the place and found them very clean and orderly. I witness residents participating in various activities and were very engaged. My grandmother's life has been altered by Hollywood Hills Pacifica. Grandma said she felt at home. The staff is really kind, and it is clear that they genuinely care for each and every person. The complex is always spotless. I really appreciate how the staff engages the residents, whether it is through card games or just conversation. The fact that they are outstanding and manage the daily operations so well makes Hollywood Hills Pacifica the best senior living facility. The community interior is beautifully decorated. I would love to have my grandmother at this community. It is walking distance to multiple shops and cafes. The community is constantly clean and the staff are very friendly.

Hollywood Hills is a beautiful community!! The residents are happy and food looks amazing!! The community is spotless and the pictures don’t lie! I recommend Hollywood Hills Pacifica. This Live in place community caters to everyone. Lots of entertainment based residents and LGBTQ+

What we like the most about the Hollywood Hills community is that the people taking care of him were adorable. Based on the experience we had with the Hollywood Hills community, we would recommend them to other families.

I would let others know that they really listen and will try to help you out in any way that they can. The main reasons we chose Hollywood Hills was because of the pricing, the staff and the location as well. I would most definitely recommend this community to others.

The people are very nice here, I think that it's going as well as could be expected. The place is clean, definitely nicer than most other facilities in the area, especially for the price. When you walk in it feels like a dwelling, not an institution. My only complaint is that for someone who needs a lot of assistance, I find the place to be understaffed. The staff is great, but they're exhausted. Residents sometimes have to wait for quite awhile to get help when they need it. I think they could do with more staffing. Communi... read more
