It is clean and most of the staff are warm and friendly. They are short staffed and do not have enough people and time to care for someone with significant needs. We have had to bring in private care. Also, they are very corporate and bill according to a point system, which is somewhat impersonal. The rate for care keeps going up and I have to make sure they are providing the care they charge for. Don't love the way the nursing program is run.

It is easy to sign in an a very smooth process. They need more staff to improve care. Food needs to be more creative it feels more like hospital food. I would recommend Hollywood Hills to others looking.

After extensive research and visiting numerous senior living communities, my family chose Hollywood Hills Senior Living for my parents, both of whom have dementia. The decision was not taken lightly, but it's one we're grateful for every day. The care they receive here is exceptional and meets all our expectations. From attentive staff to personalized support, Hollywood Hills has truly made a positive difference in our lives. I’d recommend it to anyone going through this journey.

I am a caregiver for one of the residents at Hollywood Hills Pacifica. I visited several other communities before I placed my friend here. It provides him with a lovely living environment, as well as a caring and very communicative staff. All of them have been amazing as my friend can be challenging at times and they have been very understanding and compassionate in dealing with him. I would highly recommend this residence.

I have worked with 5 end of life care facilities in three states for family members. Hollywood Hills Sr. Living [mental health care] is by far the best! The surroundings do not have an "institutional" feel. It is more like a country club which is lovely. I came across Hollywood Hills in the summer of 2020, during the pandemic and as this chapter wraps up, I am so thankful that I found this amazing community. There is too much turnover... the company needs to have an across the board pay raise to retain valuable employees. Other than that it has been great. The staff that are there are really nice. They could use a better heating and cooling system. I would recommend Hollywood Hills to others and already have.

This place is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, the staff is wonderful and the overall atmosphere is heavenly. I feel my mother is extremely safe and well taken care of here and we recommend this place to anyone with elderly relatives in need of senior living.
