Very nice seats but website did not say NO passes. They said I was to look at a different spot on the website that stayed No passes. Really I was looking at a specific movie and times....it should have been stated there. Food over priced. Lower prices on food and it would be a win win
We have been here once before and really enjoyed it. This time however we unfortunately picked the wrong seats. There was a couple with their child right next to us that didn’t seem to care that their little girl kept screaming and crying and they also were extremely loud, and while I understood it was a kids movie, I feel due to the excessive noise, the staff should have said something to them. I did make a comment to management after the movie and they did give us passes, but please train your staff to handle the situation... read more
Went to see the new Thor movie on Friday (Nov 10th). Sigh. So many problems. First off. No heat. It was like sitting in a refrigerator. Shivering the whole time. It was practically the same temp outside inside the theater (minus the wind). Second the colors on the movie were totally off. They “tried” fixing it. It wasn’t really corrected until the very end. Only my second time here. Food was okay, extremely over priced. Had free tickets but they didn't tell us until we drove an hour there that there are restrictions, like no Disney movies.. so we had to choose another movie last second. We proceed to be told to go to the wrong theatre, we had to figure that out for ourselves! Ridiculous. And server didn't check up on us to the point where we still hadn't paid for our food by the end of the movie. Being good people we still paid for the over priced low quality food. what can we say....movie gliched and gliched and finaly was stopped after good 30 minutes of flinching and destroying most intense scenes in the movie??? We waited around 20 min for them to fix the issue and restart the movie. Like decor but not the food I got the buffalo wings asked for extra crispy they said okay but the wigs were soft and slimy and the mozzarella sticks were watery how I don't know it just wasn't happy
This used to be one of my family's favorite places to go, but now it's just meh. We like the recliners, but they're not "fluffy" friendly. I don't like getting one huge soft drink that's mostly ice and now there are no refills. The portions of food are much smaller and some favorites have disappeared. It takes forever to get your food. Last time we were there, I was already done with my food (which had the wrong cheese on it) before my husbands even showed up - and he just got chicken tenders! I ordered popcorn at the same time as my meal, prior to the start of the movie, I received the popcorn 30 mins later and had to buzz for my meal which came towards the last 30 minutes of the movie by this time i couldnt eat it because i had almost eaten the whole bucket of popcorn, my friend never did receive her food which we placed at the same time.
