RecommendedWe were there last minute so we had no choice but to sit in the first row. I was fine with it until a family sat next to us and their toddler was crying and up and down and screaming throughout the 3 hour film. This is very inappropriate and staff did nothing. This is like you talking on a cell phone through the whole movie. It’s not allowed Hollywood Palms Cinema you need to be better aware of what’s going on and take care of the problem because I didn’t have a good movie experience my first time there.

Theatre is looking dated, food menu is now extremely limited. Projector in Wizard of Oz room needs to be looked at the picture is very dark

I had a visit a couple weeks ago and my food was not good the portion was very little and the jack Daniels frosty was a rip off .. the charged my credit card for somebody else’s tab which I was told I had to wait 7 days to get my money back .. the food I ordered and drinks I was not given a discount or anything.. then I went back yesterday and the movie started at 8pm my food waitress came to take the order till 840pm and our food was given to us to eat till 915 movie was done by 940 ridiculous

Went there tonight to see a movie and it was nasty and the heat I guess was not working I would have asked for my money back but I was so cold I just wanted to get out of there. I am very disappointed because I have been using this theater for six years and this is the first night I went out in a year because of this pandemic and it basically ruined my night looks like I might have to find another theater which is sad because me and my husband really use to enjoy coming here!😢

Completely understand Covid has changed the world and though have never had a great experience here, it has always been acceptable. Food though a full menu concept is mediocre generally and service can vary. Tonight was just horrid. Opening night of love and monsters relegated to the upper theater that you can tell is really for private showings consider you walk thru the back of house mechanics of the place and has 12 or 16 seats and not really a theater concept, especially for paying what we did. my house has a better... read more

Went last night, while the movie experience itself is nice and comfortable with the reclining chairs, the food left a lot to be desired. My girlfriend and I each ordered grilled chicken tacos with guacamole and salsa. The tacos were room temperature when they got to us, the chicken was bland, the best thing I can say about the guacamole is that it tasted like avocado, the "salsa" was quite literally a cup of cold marinara sauce, and the "homemade" tortilla chips were very clearly tostitos, which were almost stale to boot. First time there for three of us. Went to have a meal with the movie. The movie was only 1 1/2 hours long. We ordered appetizers and they came out timely and during the previews, which worked fine. Then the movie began and we didn’t get our meals until it was almost 1/2 over! Our daughter got her food first, then my wife and I got ours about 20 minutes later...? So to start off this is actually one of my favorite movie theater's so the fact that I'm giving out 1 star says a lot. To begin I bought 2 tickets at the same time online for Sunday.
