Very satisfied. Connor was very pleasant and polite. He explained what he would be doing and what products he’d be using and quickly got to work. He kept me informed as he worked in each room moving any furniture necessary and when he’d finished he asked me to see if I was happy with what he’d done. I was very happy with the carpets and happy with how he’d worked.

The man who came was excellent but he specializes in Hoovers and despite trying did not have the tools to deal with fitting a water filter to a Samsung large refrigerator. He told us arrangements would be made for another engineer to come as soon as possible to carry out the work.
