Apart from the cancellations of appointments the service was very,very good. The operator was very polite,explained everything he was going to do,then carried out his task .He explained about the marks left by the furniture,this is an old carpet I have had a number of years ,I am pleased with appearance of it now.Thank you.
Our oven was cleaned by Lee, it looks brilliant, he did a thorough job and was very polite and courteous

Gary came today and serviced our Kirby and also the Powersonic lightweight vac. As soon as he started the lightweight he decided it didn't sound right and needed a new motor. He ordered it and it should arrived this week. He was very knowledgable and skilful and also friendly and pleasant to chat with while he was doing his work. Thank you Gary
