Matthew did a fabulous & thorough job of cleaning upholstery, stair carpets & rugs. He was also extremely helpful & informative about the cleaning process & the future maintenance of our rugs.
Lee rang to let us know when he would arrive and was very prompt.. He introduced himself and got set up to clean the oven and did the job very efficiently within an hour. He then focused on cleaning our lounge/dining room carpet and what a clean it was! On a hot day he had to go down on his knees to do the job as the hose on the cleaning equipment had broken the day before. I have to say, I have never seen the carpet so clean since it was new! Lee made a wonderful job of it. Thank you so much. A first-class service.

Very efficient engineer
Our engineer was Andy. He apologised for being late due to an accident. He was very pleasant and very professional. He had a very friendly attitude and made me laugh. He treated my Dyson with respect as she is an old lady. Would like him again next year.
