Thank-you for the excellent young man that came to service my Dyson cleaner on Friday. He did a brilliant job making it look like a new machine. My Dyson is the best one ever and I do worry about it because of its age.Its such a pity that they are not made now and it’s important to me that it is kept in top condition,so thanks to him my faithful Dyson is clean and working perfectly. Top of the class ,gold star.

Phil was a lovely man, very polite and pleasant did a great job on the ovens. The only reason I held a star back was because he arrived 45 minutes after the allotted time but I understand how things can overrun and travelling time between jobs should be taken into account so I didn’t hold him personally responsible
