Both staff were courteous, knowledgeable and tidy
Brilliant ,quick and easy repair also gave good advice on caring for the appliance
Excellent came in and fixed the problem quickly
Excellent professional easy to talk to and very informative took out some extra cover which was an excellent idea. Decided not to upgrade my hoover at this time which was readily accepted by the engineer.
