Connor was a lovely lad and literally explained the ins and outs of the machine to the pre wash and shampooing etc. he was in and out in less than an hour- and even said the room would be dry in as little as 60-90 mins which was amazing because the room is ready for my daughter to sleep in tonight. He told me before hand about certain stains that may not come out, so I was aware- and the room looks like a brand new room. Years of life left in my carpet now thanks to Connor
