The young man was very polite. He was thorough in servicing the Kirby and the Panasonic. He showed me the new light weight cleaner.. I am having a plumbing problem in the house . Plus a family wedding in the next few weeks so am unable to buy one at the moment but will in the future. He included my son in law in the discussion about increasing the insurance on the white goods and discussed it with him.
