Ryan was pleasant and efficient. But ... he arrived at 10.30 am for what I was told would be an afternoon call. Luckily I was in. But itcwould have messed up his day and mine if I was out. Not good !!!
Gerald arrived soon after I had your text He was very polite and friendly He found the fault very quickly on my battery Dyson, one of the two Dysons you service for me. He fixed a new dust box as a small clip on mine had broken. I also found that my service plan did not cover this battery and charger to this machine so was able to upgrade Ito a higher plan which now covers all parts for only £3 a month more. I was very pleased and satisfied with the visit
