Went for the President's day sale back in February and bought myself a new dining table. Mauro helped us as soon as we walked in. We were taken care of by Sheree and she was amazing. figured out exactly what we needed and within 30 mins we found what we were looking for. She was also very helpful in finding solutions for the delivery of the unit. great salesperson that understands the customer and has a willingness to help the customer. Excelente human skills.

Went in to do some furniture shopping and was happy with the selections and overall prices (including delivery and installation fees). Shereen was extremely helpful and patient. Its a big store so take your time and Im sure youll find the right pieces. Clearance, discounted, and last chance furniture are in the back - just have to ask for it.

We had great service to buy a chair. Looked at all floors of the store. Large inventory. Ample customer parking. They remove your old chair for a fee. Just ask. The chair was comfortable and beautiful. The last chairs I bought from lasted almost 15 years. HomeWorld is quality The 4 stars is for the broken air- conditioning in the store. There are many fans but it was still very hot. I like saunas but it was too Hot. Also the down escalator is broken.

Stellar service from Louisa. If you are looking to pick up a few pieces or a complete redo of your furniture and accessories, then look no further than Louisa.
