Our Goal was to just browse the store, to get some ideas of furniture design and to buy it later. But the last part we failed! We ended up with a Sales Invoice! We bought a Dining Table with 4chairs and a bench, a white Dresser, a Curio/China Cabinet Hutch, a bar stool and a Dining RM Server. I was dealing with Brandon long distance to match an existing chair that was bought at HomeWorld. My experience at this furniture store was fantastic. I was assisted by a man named Matt Pangelinan and he was beyond friendly, warm, helpful, and understanding. He was the type of sales man who was there when I needed him, but never too pushy or overbearing. He gave me space to browse at the things I wanted to look at, but when I needed help, he was immediately there with all the answers. I recently purchased a small dining table and chairs for my kitchen from Homeworld. Matt was very helpful in assisting me to find the right size and style I was looking for. Good customer service is hard to come bye nowadays so it was greatly appreciated. If you are looking for something I'd highly recommend seeing him.
Brandon, Jesse, and Ajay were very helpful in assisting me to find a couch that met my needs and constraints. It's definitely the best furniture shopping experience that I have had.
UPDATED: last couple of visits, they do not have a sales person following me, so I upped to four stars! Mahalo! ORIGINAL REVIEW: There are few furniture stores on Oahu and the selections are limited. They have a clearance center and reasonable deals can be had, but their sales model is annoying. As soon as you enter, there is someone sitting at the kiosk who asks you what you're looking for, then they proceed to follow you around constantly.
