I would like to share with you a fabulous experience that we had this afternoon at Home world furniture in Kapolei. After leaving the store inspiration furniture I go down the street and ran into home world furniture, to my surprise I walk in to Ohana and I haven't felt Ohana like that in a very long time thank you home world furniture for taking care of us. Just bought our white leather sectional from Brandon Tagama- he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Made us happy to walk in the store n not feel pressured. Glad we walked in to HomeWorld furniture

Brandon T. helped my fiancé and I with our purchase and it was a great and easy experience. What we liked most about Brandon was that he gave us room to "breathe" while looking around, but was always there if we had any questions. Most salesmen are standing just feet away which makes it very uncomfortable and awkward, but Brandon was really professional and made us feel very comfortable. I love coming to Home World to buy our home furnitures. They have modern selections that fit my taste and style. Yes, designs are exquisite and lots to choose from. My husband and I purchased a bedroom furniture set from Homeworld. We had a few snags, due to the manufacturer and NOT Homeworld. Although I was frustrated, Marcella, ( hope I spelled that correctly), the HomeWorld Manager, returned all my calls in a timely manner, she gave me her personal cell number to reach her if I had questions on her day off and was so easy and accommodating to work with. I just recently bought living furniture from this location and I must stay the customer service there is outstanding. My furnishing consultant, Jake, was so professional and patient while helping me select each item. We went through the inventory to find which items would work best for the look I was trying to create, and he was happy to answer all of my questions that occurred during the process.
