If you've never bought furniture before, but are in need in finding the best one for you. You def need to come down to HomeWorld (Red Knot, etc) in Aiea and Ask for Ashley Augustin. She greeted us right when we entered, and once we started looking around she checked up on us and asked if we had any questions. Which we did. Go see Rich at Home World!! Absolute fantastic customer service! Impressive knowledge & no pressure! So glad we went in to browse!!!!! Walked out with a deal & felt like a new friend in Rich! I don't normally go into furniture stores but we went today and it is huge! Had to look for a leather couch and loveseat combo. The initial greeting was eh ok but as we walked in the store one of the salesmen, Jason, was very personable and really paid attention to us. He wasn't pushy but remained in the area after he took us to the furniture area. Answered all of our questions and even Sat down with us as he searched for answers about the furniture. Needed a dresser and delivery. Found one with the help of Brandon T. He was very knowledgeable and showed me the various dressers on the floor. He was also able to tell me what was in stock and what wasn't by using his iPad. I will buy my next item from him as well.
As a first time furniture buyer, i really didn't know what i was getting myself into and how stressful it could be (different types of couches, beds, dressers, etc). From the minute we walked in, Brandon Tagama made our visit here successful & seamless despite having my 5 & 3 year old kids with me. We were looking for 2 pretty specific items, a brown leather hideabed couch & bunks with a trundle. I was looking for used a used sofa when I saw a posting for one on Offer Up. I didn't know Ashley had posted it from the Clearance Room at HomeWorld in Aiea. I was initially intimidated to go into the store assuming everything would be too expensive for my small budget, however, Ashley was very understanding and showed me the sofa right away. We have found some exceptional furniture pieces here. The staff is quite knowledgeable when you ask for their assistance. You have to check out the clearance area downstairs behind America's Mattress. Not everything is damaged, sometimes it's just discontinued it one of a kind pieces. You can seriously get some great deals! Also, now at Red Knot they carry "Scott Living" pieces. If you've ever watched the Property Brothers on HGTV, you know who I'm talking about! Check it out, you'll be pleasantly surprised!
