2/10/2017 Update Lesson learned: If you have any issues whatsoever with your furniture delivery at CSWO, don't deal with CSWo's customer service department because they won't help you. Go directly to your sales rep(s) and CSWO's executive headquarters to get things done. We dropped 8 grand on a couch and dining set, both are beautiful and still going strong (It has been 2 years). I loved the experience and the store is beautiful!

I very much appreciate all the time put into rectifying my issues with this company by the managers I spoke with. Thank you Kent, from C.S.Wo, for your efforts. We are so happy with the results. Also the delivery guys were very nice and pleasant people.

We had the most amazing experience with Jamie Pestana at RED KNOT and HOMEWORLD Aiea. We walked in the store and he greeted us right away. He was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. He was very professional, friendly and he made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We were impressed with his knowledge and style. We live in town but from now on, we would drive to Aiea to have Jamie help us. Even after we left, he still helped me find other pieces that I was looking for in the store and emailed me the options. All furniture stores are generally about the same on the island so to us, customer service and quality was key. What topped it off for us was Jay-Pee. Very honest and professional yet personable sales rep who couldn't have been better. When we looked a bit tired, Jay-Pee brought over cookies... Very sweet. We got the insurance, which I can't claim any opinions as I haven't had to use it, but overall the price was fair.

Love the new Red Knot side! If you go there ask for Mike Wood! He's the best! Not pushy but very helpful. Not fake or a shadow like most sales people.

As a return customer of Homeworld, I was especially impressed with the help from Allen Burgess this time. He was very accommodating and patient while my wife and I picked out a new dining set. He gave us the space we asked for while browsing both levels of the entire store. Once we narrowed our selection, he met us with honest input regarding the quality of our choice. First, the reason for my review is I almost didn't purchase from HomeWorld because of all the negative reviews. I purchased my last furniture from here in 2006 and I had a decent experience back then and was shocked at all the bad reviews on yelp. Went to redknot to look for a pull out sofa bed and mattress for my stepdaughter. Thinking this place would be like the ashley furniture in salt lake, i was a little hesitant on talking to a salesperson. Because the salt lake ashley sales people are rude, unproffessional andreally ruin your shopping. So when we walked in here at redknot i had my guard up.
