First there was zero discount available, I get it to a point but not even a dollar. When I walked into the building I checked with the parts department on how much the rubber weather tech floor mats were because I knew that the $1500 amount for the weather package was a little high. Seriously disappointed… On October 26th we brought our car in for a recall. A few days after picking up our vehicle (same day service) we realized an Amazon return that was in the original shipping box in the trunk never opened was now open missing the item. Our fault that we left an unopened Amazon box that we planned to return to UPS without even opening. You should feel as though your items are safe in your car. First off, my 2022 Honda CRV that I bought in January 2024, had to be towed back to the dealership yesterday, after I was driving down the road, and the emergency brake would engaged it's self. I got in and started up the car, and the ABS light came on, the Brake System light, and the Adaptive cruise control light. I live almost 2 hours away from this dealership.
