Seriously disappointed… On October 26th we brought our car in for a recall. A few days after picking up our vehicle (same day service) we realized an Amazon return that was in the original shipping box in the trunk never opened was now open missing the item. Our fault that we left an unopened Amazon box that we planned to return to UPS without even opening. You should feel as though your items are safe in your car. First off, my 2022 Honda CRV that I bought in January 2024, had to be towed back to the dealership yesterday, after I was driving down the road, and the emergency brake would engaged it's self. Free lifetime warranty on their used vehicles is a joke don’t waste your time with this place
We recently had our Honda Pilot at Honda Kingsport for an oil change and to diagnose a squeaking sound in the front suspension. We were sent a video by the tech stating that the noise was coming from the new struts we had installed by a different auto repair shop. We had Koni shocks and struts installed, top of the line equipment. The tech suggested we take it back to the garage that installed the parts for a warranty replacement, we did. First off I understand that a used car is for the most part as is. However, when I bought the car on 1/18 it was cold outside and I tested both the heat and the air worked. As the days started getting warmer I noticed that the A/C wasn’t getting cold. The first service was due so I had it done today, I mentioned that the A/C didn’t work and was told that if I didn’t purchase a warranty to cover it, I was out of luck. I had an appointment for an oil change. I was there a little early but was not able to get checked in for 20 minutes where I was sitting in my car waiting. My oil change took 1.5 hours and for my take home gift, I had greasy drivers car mats to clean today, which took 30 minutes of MY time. I think 2 stars is generous. NOT HAPPY!!
$5000 above MSRP. Total ripoff! Considering the economy we are in right now, it just goes to show they don't care about their customers.
Although, I love Honda and the staff. It takes forever for anything you do inside there. The service department is slow, you will wait several hours for anything even a simply oil change whenever you can be in and out somewhere else. I will shop here all day long but for service department I absolutely hate coming here because I know it will be a few hours of wait.

My daughter bought a brand new Honda Civic, she goes for first oil change and they tell her already that she needed a front wheel alignment, knowing she still has warranty. They charged her $140. Called the service manager and he was the biggest smart ass! will not do anymore business with Kingsport Honda!! They take advantage of young adult women!!
