Was tired of the MEGA dealerships of Charlotte. Scheduled service for our Civic At Honda of Indian Trail and had a great experience. Our service advisor was Frank Realmuto he answered all my questions and provided updates While we waited. We were very impressed with Frank and staff that serviced Our car. Yes - Gina always takes care of me when I come in. I can ask questions, I can be particular about my Pilot & she understands that’s how I am. If for any reason I’m not happy or unsatisfied she makes it right.
