Wonderful experience from purchase to service
Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make sure I was happy. I’ve never experienced that with another dealership. I guess the small town dealership is a better experience. Service advisor Gina was exceptional and kept me advised with my options, explaining which services were the most prevalent. Porter, Scott was very personable and entertaining as he drove me home. We started a conversation on the phone with Nelson. The next day we went to the dealer & they accommodated us wonderfully on a 2021 Honda Odyssey. Nelson & Brandon were efficient, professional & very patient when I changed my mind on the color.
