Both the sales personnel and the service advisors are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Frank, the advisor for my recent service appointment, was courteous and helpful, and checked my records thoroughly before writing up my order. The waiting area is comfortable and socially distanced, and while you are waiting you can receive an email with your multi-point inspection report and any service recommendation - that you can approve or not - easily and conveniently.
