Quick and easy check in/check out. Advisor informed me of everything and was great. Excellent service.
I would recommend Metro for servicing basic things, managing my recalls, oil changes, etc.. I would not suggest using them for tires or related- they are expensive. I have also experienced some technicians are not very experienced or it appears that way. (I have recieved some suggested updates/fixes that were not accurate amd a 2nd opinion saved me.)

Steve kept me informed of the specific CRV I was looking for, but then I actually noticed one pop up online before he had a chance to call me. A quick call to him had the car set aside and he arranged a test drive the next morning before opening hours. The purchase was easy and Steve took much time to show me how to use all the functions in the car, even linked my phone and set up Apple CarPlay. I’ve been taking my Hondas here for the past 5 years. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who treat you like an old friend when you walk in the door. Honest, trustworthy and caring folks who want nothing more than to help. Can’t recommend this group of folks highly enough!
