RecommendedSalesman(Ernie)was very friendly, not pushy, informative, and helpful. Spent time with us in the vehicle before we left to get acquainted with all the gadgets and by tnd time we were ready to leave the vehicle was clean, running with the AC on so we could leave in comfort. We were on our way to buy a Honda somewhere else and I'm so glad we stopped by there first before we made our final decision
